Fan Tan, also known as fan-tan, is an ancient Chinese gambling game that has been around for a long time in China. Like many other games it is controlled by the "Chinese round" system. The solitaire version of Fan Tan requires that the player draw sevens from any part of the table to initiate the game. Then, all players take turns removing cards from the table. The winning condition is when a player has removed five cards from the table without anyone taking an action.Two people are designated as "bowls" in a team game. They are given a set of cards and are expected to remove any cards from the other bowls. There are many suits to choose from. The player starts with all the cards in his own bowl, while the other players get a bowl each. The first person to remove five cards from the bowl is declared the loser and the other player is considered to be the winner. The game ends when the player reaches five cards. The last card of the other bowl is handed over to the other side, who then takes the last card from the bowl and declares whoever the winner.There are also other games that do not require more cards than five and they are played exactly the same as Fan Tan.
